Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- peach or orange jello - 1 pkg
- 3 can apricots, drained save juice
How to make apricot salad:
Run apricots through the blender. Toss in cheese. Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water. Dump jello into blender. Pour in juice. Blend, chill and eat.Recipe categories: Fruit, Low sodium, Salads.
