Ingredients/Components
- jar apricot preserves - 1 oz
- envelope Lipton onion soup - 1 item
- bottle red Russian dressing - 1 item
- chicken thighs, skin if you wish
How to make apricot chicken:
Line large baking pan with heavy-duty aluminum foil. Mix apricot preserves, red Russian dressing and onion soup. Pour over chicken. Bake at 375° for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
