  • cooking oil - 3/4 c
  • lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
  • apricot nectar - 3/4 c
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • lemon supreme cake mix - 1 pkg
  • Add oil, apricot nectar, eggs and lemon flavor

How to make apricot cake:

Empty cake mix into large bowl. Add oil, apricot nectar, eggs and lemon flavor. Mix well and pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake for 1 hour at 325°.Icing:2 c. confectioners sugar juice of 2 lemons Mix sugar and lemon juice together. Pour over cake while hot.
