Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 3/4 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • water - 1/4 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • orange juice - 1/2 c
  • dried apricots, cut fine - 1 c

How to make apricot bread:

Soak dried apricots 1/2 hour and cut fine. Mix egg, water, orange juice, flour, baking powder, baking soda and pinch of salt. Stir in apricots and nuts. Pour in well-greased pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool.
