Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 3/4 c
- flour - 2 c
- water - 1/4 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- orange juice - 1/2 c
- dried apricots, cut fine - 1 c
How to make apricot bread:
Soak dried apricots 1/2 hour and cut fine. Mix egg, water, orange juice, flour, baking powder, baking soda and pinch of salt. Stir in apricots and nuts. Pour in well-greased pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Breads, Time to make.
