  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon
  • eggs - 3 item
  • salt
  • flour - 2 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • baking powder - 4 tsp
  • raisins - 1 c
  • finely chopped apples - 1 item
  • plus 2 Tbsp
  • applesauce - 2 c
  • pinch of ground cloves - 1 item

How to make applesauce oatmeal muffins:

Preheat oven to 375°. Mix together all ingredients except 2 tablespoons of oats. Pour into greased muffin tins. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of oats on top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 18.
