  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 3/4 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • soda
  • baking powder - 1/4 tsp
  • shortening - 1/2 c
  • allspice - 1/2 tsp
  • unsweetened applesauce

How to make applesauce cake:

Cream the shortening and eggs together. Add sugar and milk. Beat for 1 minute, then add the remaining ingredients. Mix well for 2 more minutes. Bake in a well-greased Bundt pan for 1 hour at 350°.
