Applesauce cake

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour - 4 c
• brown sugar
• soda - 4 tsp
• nuts - 1 c
• cloves - 1 tsp
• white sugar
• allspice - 1 tsp
• applesauce - 3 c
• crisco - 1 c
• box raisins, coated with flour - 1 item

How to make applesauce cake:

Warm (not hot), on the stove or in the microwave: applesauce, white sugar, soda, crisco, and brown sugar. Sift flour, allspice, cinnamon, and cloves. Add to applesauce mixture with eggs, raisins, vanilla and nuts. Bake at 350° for 1 hour in tube pan.
