Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- vinegar - 1 qt
- large onions - 12 item
- sweet green peppers - 6 item
- sweet red peppers - 6 item
- salt plain - 2 Tbsp
- large apples, grated - 14 item
How to make apple relish:
Grate apples, peppers and onions. Mix all ingredients in large pot. Simmer until hot, stirring often. Pour into pint jars and seal.Recipe categories: Apple, Sauces, Condiments, etc..
