Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- water
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 1/4 c
How to make apple pudding:
Slice peeled apples in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg, milk and flour. Add sifted baking powder and salt. Add vanilla; spread over apples.To make sauce, combine brown sugar, butter, flour, vanilla and water; boil 5 minutes. Pour over batter. Bake at 350°.
