Apple pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- white corn syrup
- apples, peeled and diced - 2 c
How to make apple pudding:
Sauce:1/2 c. white corn syrup1/2 c. brown sugar1 c. water2 tsp. flour Peel and dice apples. Add sugar to apples and let stand for 20 minutes. Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda, and salt. Add water and flour. Add to apple mixture. Bake in 8 in. pan for 30 minutes at 375°. Mix ingredients for sauce together in saucepan and cook until thick.
