  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 3/4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1/4 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • melted shortening - 4 Tbsp
  • Topping: cinnamon and sugar

How to make quick coffee cake:

Mix dry ingredients first, then add in additional ingredients.Topping: cinnamon and sugar1/4 c. brown sugar1/4 c. flour1 tsp. cinnamon2 Tbsp. margarine Sprinkle lots of cinnamon and sugar or mix brown sugar, flour, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and margarine and sprinkle. Put in a 350° oven. Bake about 25 minutes.
