  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 6 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • margarine, softened - 1/4 c
  • ginger - 1 tsp
  • cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • nutmeats - 1 item
  • cans evaporated milk - 2 oz
  • large can pumpkin pie filling - 1 item
  • yellow Jiffy cake mix

How to make pumpkin cobbler:

Mix cake mix and margarine until crumbly. Set aside. Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix pumpkin, sugars, eggs, spices, salt and evaporated milk and pour into baking dish. Put cake mixture on top. Top with nutmeats. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until knife inserted comes out clean.
