Pumpkin cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 6 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- margarine, softened - 1/4 c
- ginger - 1 tsp
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- nutmeats - 1 item
- cans evaporated milk - 2 oz
- large can pumpkin pie filling - 1 item
- yellow Jiffy cake mix
How to make pumpkin cobbler:
Mix cake mix and margarine until crumbly. Set aside. Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix pumpkin, sugars, eggs, spices, salt and evaporated milk and pour into baking dish. Put cake mixture on top. Top with nutmeats. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until knife inserted comes out clean.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low protein, Cobblers and crisps.
