Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- sifted flour - 3 c
- finely diced apples - 3 c
How to make apple dapple cake:
Combine sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift dry ingredients and stir into egg mixture. Stir in apples, nuts and vanilla. Pour into buttered spring-form tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until tests done. Remove from pan. Top with brown sugar glaze.Recipe categories: Cakes, Breads, Coffee cakes.
