- cans mandarin oranges - 2 oz
- stick margarine, softened - 1 item
- yellow cake mix without pudding - 1 pkg
- Frosting:1 large can crushed pineapple in its own juice
- large boxes instant vanilla pudding dry - 2 item
How to make mandarin orange cake:
Frosting:1 large can crushed pineapple (in its own juice)2 large boxes instant vanilla pudding (dry)1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour three 9-inch cake pans. Drain oranges and reserve juice. Combine cake mix, margarine, eggs and juice from oranges. Mix 3 minutes on medium speed. Fold in oranges. Pour into the 3 prepared pans. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Allow to partially cool before removing from pans. Cool completely.Frosting: Stir undrained pineapple and pudding mixes together. Mix well and fold in Cool Whip. Frost cake and refrigerate.
