Apple coffee cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• chopped pecans - 1/2 c
• vegetable oil - 1/4 c
• egg - 1 item
• self-rising flour - 1 c
• chopped apples - 2 c

How to make apple coffee cake:

Combine egg, sugar and oil. Mix until light yellow. Sift together flour and cinnamon. Stir into egg mixture. This will be very stiff. Add vanilla, stirring until well mixed. Add apples and pecans, mix well. Pour into greased 9-inch cake pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
