Apple coffee cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• vegetable oil - 1/4 c
• egg - 1 item
• chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
• self-rising flour - 1 c
• chopped apples - 2 c

How to make apple coffee cake:

Combine egg, sugar and oil. Mix until light yellow. Sift flour and cinnamon. Stir into egg mixture (this will be stiff). Add vanilla, apples and walnuts. Grease and flour 9-inch cake pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
