Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- broken pecans - 1/2 c
- cans biscuits 10 to a can - 3 item
How to make monkey bread:
Cut biscuits into fourths with scissors. Mix cinnamon and sugar in plastic bag. Toss cut up biscuits in bag until well coated. Layer biscuits in well-greased Bundt pan, sprinkling chopped pecans and coconut in between layers. Melt brown sugar and butter together; boil 1 minute. Pour over contents of Bundt pan. Bake for 35 minutes at 350°.This is an easy, pull apart coffee cake that I think even children would enjoy baking.
