Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- nuts - 1 c
- raisins - 1/2 c
- sugar can use 1 1/2 c
- to 4 cut up apples or 5 to 6 size - 3 item
How to make apple cake:
Beat together the first 3 ingredients, then add the flour, soda and cinnamon. Add the apples, nuts and raisins. Batter will be stiff. Stir well from bottom. Spoon into a 13 x 9-inch greased pan. Pam works fine. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
