  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • raisins - 1 c
  • small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • can coconut - 1 item

How to make dr. bird cake:

Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in by hand the coconut, pineapple, raisins and nuts. Bake at 350° in a greased and floured tube pan for 1 1/2 hours.
