Apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• eggs, beaten - 2 item
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• chopped nuts optional - 1 c
• raisins optional - 1/2 c
• sliced apples - 3 c

How to make apple cake:

Combine all ingredients. Mix well with wooden spoon or hands. Pat into 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes. While still warm, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Cake will be somewhat soft when done.
