- milk - 4 c
- flour - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1 c
- vanilla instant pudding - 2 pkg
- Beat until smooth
- Add flour and cook until mixture forms a ball
How to make eclair dessert:
Melt margarine in water and bring to a boil. Add flour and cook until mixture forms a ball. Take off stove and add eggs, one at a time. Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Let cool and press down gently on high spots.Pudding:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese4 c. milk2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding Add milk and pudding to cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Spread pudding on cooled crust.
