Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- light brown sugar - 1 c
- mini marshmallows - 1 c
How to make peanut butter fudge:
In saucepan combine sugars, salt and milk. Cook until temperature reaches 240° on candy thermometer. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, peanut butter and vanilla. beat with a wooden spoon several minutes until thick and creamy and gloss disappears. Spread into buttered 8-inch square pan. Cut into squares.
