Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 1/2
- egg - 1 item
- oatmeal - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- ketchup - 1 c
- grape jelly - 1/3 c
- seasoned salt - 1 item
- onion, finely chopped - 1/2 c
- ground chuck - 1 lb
How to make appetizer meatballs:
Mix lemon juice, jelly and ketchup in saucepan or crock-pot. While sauce is cooking, mix ground chuck, egg, onion, seasoned salt, milk and oatmeal together. Form into 1-inch balls and brown in skillet. Drain and put with sauce and simmer for at least 1/2 hour.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
