Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- corn flakes - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- ketchup - 1/3 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- chili sauce - 12 oz
- Sauce:1 can jellied cranberry sauce
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Sauce:1 can jellied cranberry sauce12 oz. chili sauce2 Tbsp. brown sugar1 Tbsp. lemon juice Blend ingredients together for meatballs. Make into walnut sized balls. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.Sauce: Heat over low heat until melted. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
