  • basil - 1 tsp
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • cooked medium shells - 12 oz
  • red wine vinegar - 3/4 c
  • olive oil - 3/4 c
  • sliced and quartered pepperoni - 1 lb
  • Provolone cheese, sliced and quartered - 1 lb

How to make antipasto:

Mix all ingredients together the night before; cover and refrigerate.
