Anise cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 6 item
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• cups sifted flour - 3-1/2 item
• cups sifted powdered sugar - 4 item
• drops anise oil - 10 item

How to make anise cookies:

Beat eggs with electric beater for 10 minutes. Gradually add sugar and flour which has been sifted with baking powder. Add anise oil. Drop by teaspoonfuls on buttered baking sheets. Sprinkle with candy beads. Let dry at least 8 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
