Bourbon balls

Ingredients/Components

• cocoa - 2 Tbsp
• 12 oz - 1 pkg
• cup sugar - 1/2 item
• cup light corn syrup - 1/4 item
• cup powdered sugar - 1 item
• cup bourbon - 1/2 item
• cup finely chopped pecans - 1 item

How to make bourbon balls:

In large bowl, mix all ingredients except granulated sugar. Shape into 1/2 inch balls. Roll balls in granulated sugar. Store in tightly covered container for at least 3 days before serving for flavors to mellow. Keeps up to 2 weeks in tightly covered container. Makes about 3-1/2 dozen balls.
