Ingredients/Components
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- 12 oz - 1 pkg
- cup sugar - 1/2 item
- cup light corn syrup - 1/4 item
- cup powdered sugar - 1 item
- cup bourbon - 1/2 item
- cup finely chopped pecans - 1 item
How to make bourbon balls:
In large bowl, mix all ingredients except granulated sugar. Shape into 1/2 inch balls. Roll balls in granulated sugar. Store in tightly covered container for at least 3 days before serving for flavors to mellow. Keeps up to 2 weeks in tightly covered container.
