Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- hard-boiled eggs - 1 doz
- paprika to sprinkle - 1 item
- honey mustard 1/3 Dijon mustard, 2 tsp - 1/4 c
How to make angeled eggs:
Slice eggs in halves. Remove yolks. In medium bowl, mix egg yolks, mayonnaise, honey mustard, pepper and salt; mix until smooth. With teaspoon, place mixture in clean dry egg white halves. Sprinkle tops with paprika.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
