  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • prepared mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 4 oz
  • mayonnaise - 1/4 c
  • minced onion - 1 tsp
  • hard-boiled eggs - 6 item
  • strips crisp bacon - 2 item

How to make favorite deviled eggs:

In a bowl, mix all ingredients, except the cheese. Blend well until creamy. Form into 1-inch balls and roll in grated cheese. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
