Angel biscuits

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/4 c
• egg - 1 item
• self-rising flour - 4 c
• warm water - 2 c
• dry yeast - 1 pkg
• 1/2 sticks melted margarine - 1 item

How to make angel biscuits:

Mix water and yeast; mix sugar and butter. Combine all ingredients. Put into airtight bowl in refrigerator. Dough is better when good and cold or made the night before. Grease muffin pan; spoon tablespoons of dough. Bake at 350° until done. Use large enough container for rising.
