Amish sugar cream pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• cornstarch - 1/4 c
• butter or oleo - 1/4 c
• nutmeg or cinnamon - 1 item
• milk, cream or half and half - 2 c

How to make amish sugar cream pie:

Cook sugar, cornstarch and milk, cream or half and half until thick. Stir in butter or oleo and vanilla. Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon. Pour in baked pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes at 375° or until starts to bubble.
