Ingredients/Components

  • water - 3/4 c
  • raisins - 1/4 c
  • orange juice - 1 item
  • sesame seed - 2 Tbsp
  • oranges - 2 item
  • dash of nutmeg - 1 item
  • dash of cinnamon - 1 item
  • kiwi fruit, sliced - 2 item
  • grapefruit - 1/2 item
  • low-fat yogurt - 1 c
  • drops vanilla - 2 item
  • medium size apples - 2 item
  • dried chopped apricots - 1/4 c
  • pear, sliced - 1 item

How to make winter fruit salad:

Soak apricots in water overnight. Drain water into measuring cup and add enough orange juice to equal 3/4 cup liquid. Boil raisins, juice and apricots 5 minutes. Turn off heat. Combine all ingredients. Toss together. Chill before serving. Makes 6 servings.
