Ingredients/Components
- water - 3/4 c
- raisins - 1/4 c
- orange juice - 1 item
- sesame seed - 2 Tbsp
- oranges - 2 item
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
- dash of cinnamon - 1 item
- kiwi fruit, sliced - 2 item
- grapefruit - 1/2 item
- low-fat yogurt - 1 c
- drops vanilla - 2 item
- medium size apples - 2 item
- dried chopped apricots - 1/4 c
- pear, sliced - 1 item
How to make winter fruit salad:
Soak apricots in water overnight. Drain water into measuring cup and add enough orange juice to equal 3/4 cup liquid. Boil raisins, juice and apricots 5 minutes. Turn off heat.
