Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- finely chopped nuts - 1 c
How to make amish cake:
Sprinkle white sugar into the bottom of a Bundt cake pan. Mix all ingredients well. Pour in pan. Bake at 325° for 35 to 45 minutes. Eat plain or top with icing.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Amish/mennonite.
