Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• oil - 1 c
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• can crushed pineapple - 1 item
• chopped walnuts - 1 c
• raisins - 1 c
• zucchini, finely grated - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick and foamy. Stir in zucchini and rest of ingredients. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves of bread.
