Ingredients/Components
- boiling water - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- Cool Whip
- miniature marshmallows
- can mandarin oranges - 1 oz
- coconut optional - 1/2 c
- orange or orange pineapple jello - 2 pkg
How to make ambrosia mold:
Drain pineapple and reserve the juice. Add cold water to make 1 cup. Add boiling water to jello and stir 2 minutes. Add juice and refrigerate 1 1/4 hours, until thickens like egg whites. Stir in Cool Whip. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until it mounRecipe categories: Desserts, Low protein, Gelatin.
