  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • water - 2 c
  • self-rising flour - 2 c
  • allspice - 1 tsp
  • salad oil - 1 c
  • chopped nuts pecans or walnuts - 1 c
  • jar junior apricot baby food - 1 item

How to make apricot cake:

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well blended. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
