Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- coconut - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- instant vanilla pudding - 1 pkg
- large can crushed pineapple and juice - 1 item
- small can mandarin oranges and juice - 1 item
- box Duncan Hines Supreme orange cake mix - 1 item
How to make ambrosia cake:
Put in mixing bowl, the cake mix, eggs, oil and oranges with juice. Mix according to directions on box. Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 40 minutes. Cool and frost with Cool Whip, pineapple and juice, pudding and coconut. Mix with rotary beater or wire whip.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
