- pecans - 1 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple undrained - 1 lb
- lemon cake mix - 1 pkg
- vanilla flavor - 2 tsp
- 1/4 sticks oleo - 3 item
- blueberries fresh, canned or frozen - 3 c
How to make blueberry crunch:
Cream oleo and cream cheese; add sugar and cream well. Alternate flour and eggs, beating good. Add vanilla. Bake at 300° starting in cold oven. Bake in tube pan, greased and floured, for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Blueberries.
