- oil - 1/2 c
- Cool Whip - 1 tub
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- instant vanilla pudding - 1 pkg
- mandarin oranges with juice - 1 can
- Divide among 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans
How to make mandarin cake:
Mix cake mix, oranges, juice, eggs and oil by electric mixer until oranges are broken up and batter is fluffy (about 3 minutes). Divide among 3 greased and floured 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes and cool.Icing:1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple with juice1 tub (8 or 9 oz.) Cool Whip1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding Blend pineapple, juice, Cool Whip and dry pudding mix.
