Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- sugar - 3/4 c
- Bisquick - 1/2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- stick melted oleo - 1/2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
How to make amazing coconut pie:
Combine sugar, Bisquick, butter and vanilla. Add eggs and beat well. Add milk, mixing well. Pour into 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cold.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
