sugar - 1/2 c
vanilla - 2 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
flour
brown sugar - 1 c
baking soda - 1/2 tsp
1/2 sticks margarine, melted - 1 item
egg plus 1 egg yolk - 1 item

How to make chocolate chip cookies:

Mix margarine, sugar, egg, yolk and vanilla. Add dry ingredients. Stir in chips. Use 1/4 cup of dough to drop on cookie sheet. I cover sheets with foil to prevent browning and easier cleanup. Bake at 325° for 15 to 18 minutes (16). Cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes.
