- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- cup butter - 1/4 item
- frozen hash browns
- pint sour cream - 1 item
- cup chopped green onions - 1/3 item
- cup crushed potato chips - 1 item
- 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 item
How to make alpine potatoes:
Heat 1/4 cup butter and soup. Blend in sour cream and onions. Stir in potatoes. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Place crushed potato chips on top. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
