Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- dry yeast - 2 pkg
- lukewarm water - 1/2 c
How to make 60 minute rolls:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand while you heat milk and butter. Cool. Mix yeast mixture, flour and milk. Let stand 30 to 45 minutes. Roll 3/4-inch thick and shape as desired. Rise until double. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 450°. Brush with butter immediately after removing from oven. Makes 12.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breads, Healthy.
