60 minute dinner rolls
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- yeast - 1 pkg
- warm milk
How to make 60 minute dinner rolls:
Mix together milk, sugar and yeast. Let yeast dissolve. Add salt, oil and 1/2 the flour. Beat until smooth.Mix in rest of flour. Leave in bowl and let rise for 20 minutes. Form into 2-inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Let rise for 20 minutes. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes. Brush with melted butter.
