Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 5 c
- soda - 5 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- shortening, melted - 1 c
- box Raisin Bran - 1 oz
How to make 6 week bran muffins:
Mix Bran, sugar, flour, soda and salt. Add eggs, shortening and buttermilk; mix well and put in covered container. When ready to use, fill cupcake tin 2/3 full. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Will keep 6 weeks and gets tastier at end.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
