- box Raisin Bran - 1 oz
- melted shortening - 1 c
- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 4 item
- buttermilk - 1 qt
- flour - 5 c
- soda - 5 tsp
- salt - 2 tsp
How to make six week muffins:
Mix Raisin Bran, sugar, flour, soda and salt in a very large mixing bowl. This is very important. Add beaten eggs, shortening and buttermilk; mix well. Store in covered container in the refrigerator and use as desired. Fill in greased tin 2/3 full and bake in preheated oven at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
