Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- Bisquick - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- finely chopped onion - 1 c
- garlic salt or powder - 1 tsp
- zucchini unpeeled, grated - 3 c
- or more Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 c
- oregano or more to taste - 1 tsp
How to make zucchini squares:
