Texas sheet cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• water - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• cocoa - 8 Tbsp
• nuts - 3/4 c
• powdered sugar - 1 lb
• sticks oleo - 3 item
• buttermilk + 6 Tbsp - 1/2 c

How to make texas sheet cake:

Put in pan and bring to a boil: 2 sticks oleo, water and 4 tablespoons cocoa. Mix together flour, sugar, salt and soda. Pour hot mixture over this. Add eggs, 1/2 cup buttermilk and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat well and bake at 350° on large greased cookie sheet about 20 minutes.

Put in pan and bring to a boil: 1 stick oleo, 4 tablespoons cocoa and 6 tablespoons buttermilk. Take off stove and add 1 pound powdered sugar, nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread over cake when it comes out of the oven.
