- Cool Whip - 1 (4
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- frozen coconut - 2 pkg
How to make coconut cake:
Bake cake mix according to directions in 9 x 13-inch pan. While warm, pick with fork and add 1 can milk over top. When cake is cool, add 1 package of thawed coconut to Cool Whip and ice. Add second thawed package of coconut to top of icing.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
