Glazed meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk
- salt - 2 tsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- rubbed sage - 1/2 tsp
- slices bread, torn into small pieces - 5 item
- regular country sausage - 1 lb
- Form into baseball size balls
How to make glazed meatballs:
Mix all ingredients well. Form into baseball size balls. Place in shallow baking dishes, sprayed with Pam. Bake uncovered at 350° for 40 minutes. Glaze with Brown Sugar Glaze below and bake 20 minutes. Makes 12 meatballs.
